The Sun Inn is a historic building opposite the Beverley Minster.  The place to go for the determined beer lover or for anyone wanting excellent food and live music.  Dating back to 1530 this is believed to be the oldest pub in Beverley and the East Riding.  It is certainly one of the most attractive, inside you will find an atmospheric pub with much of the original building on display, with an exposed medieval ceiling, coal fires in the main bar and cosy snug areas, with wildly worn stone floors.

You will find the pub has a array of excellent real ales always available and a really nice homely feel with a large courtyard to the rear and stunning views of the east end of the Beverley Minster.  A nice place to eat and drink and enjoy yourself.

cancellation the 'Rockabilly' style band 'Skint' have stepped in

at short notice.They have not played the Sun Inn before but I'm

sure they will be made very welcome as all new bands to the

The   Saturday/Sunday musicians' sessions have become a
popular punter pleaser and will continue through the year.
Featuring the regular Sun Inn musicians (some of the best
around) there are always new  musicians dropping by to add to
the afternoons entertainment
